  1. Me go to is what I call the Citrus Blast
    Mango frozen nothing wrong or fresh half to cup
    Strawberries or Water melon fresh or frozen – half
    Papaya- 2 nice thick slices
    Dragon Fruit-half
    Fresh ginger and some times add in Moroccan mint- 3 -4 slices of ginger and 5-6 mint leaves
    With Coconut milk or Organic Juice always put in last usually about a cup to cup in half
